As a new owner, you should have received a disclosure packet from the previous owners. This is a packet that contains all of the important documents for our neighborhood. If you did not receive this packet, please contact our property manager, Donna Karolczak at: United Property Associates If you have your disclosure package, the first thing you need to do is get in touch with our property manager so he can update our owner’s database so that you can receive your quarterly dues assessment as well as any other important communication that may be required. Secondly, you should review the documents in your packet, especially the Declarants, Rules and Regulations and the Architectural Review Guidelines. You should know that any exterior changes to your home or property requires the approval of our Architectural Review Committee.
